Unable to launch or start a Benchmark Factory Agent. -
Description
User launches freeware Benchmark Factory then tries to launch an Agent. The pop up window says "Launching Agent..." but then disappears and no Agent is found. -
Resolution
Freeware Benchmark Factory can only run one agent. Make sure an Agent is not already running in the background. Register a commercial version of Benchmark Factory to launch multiple agents.
