Object Explorer's toolbar for create, alter, drop is missing. How to display it back?
Resolution

To show the toolbar:

1. Right-click on the vertical scroll bar or right-click anywhere in the list of tables
2. Go to ‘Options | Show Toolbar'

This should bring up the toolbar right above the ‘Name’ bar.
