When entering the web porta login page: "http//localhost:11680/MM/#" we are getting an error message as below:
[AUTH_E0031] Authentication mode is set to External but there are no scripts to handle authentication.
The error does not permit to enter web portal.
This is because users are mistakenly set to external login
Please login as Administrator using Admin Console:
http//localhost:11680/MM/Admin for version Web Portal 9.7 or earlier
http://localhost:11680/MM/Auth?nativeLogin for 2018R1
Go to Tools | Administration | click on below item
