Database agent alert or error log ignore list entry still fires alarms
Description
A user has added a filter to the DB2 error log or Oracle Alert log ignore list in the agent but the alarms are still fired for the errors added in the ignore list.
Cause
The ignore list entry included special characters
Resolution
Include a slash as an escape for special characters.
The regex expression in the filter list should be the following:
.ZRC=0x80100469=-2146433943=SQLP_HDRS_READ_ONLY \"The operation that attempted to modify the contents of the database failed\".
Not
.ZRC=0x80100469=-2146433943=SQLP_HDRS_READ_ONLY "The operation that attempted to modify the contents of the database failed".
