Issue
When performing a freebusy lookup from Exchange to Domino, an error is reported on the Domino console.
Cause
Access control on the btws.nsf database.
Scenario
On the Domino console and log, the following is listed
BTFreebusy server anonymous access to freebusy denied
Solution
The ACL of the btws.nsf database on the Domino Coexistence server has likely changed. The ACL should contain an entry 'Anonymous' and that access should be set to at least 'Reader'. In newer versions of Notes Integration, credentials associated with a Domino account can be used to authenticate instead of using Anonymous access.
