The following error occurred on launch of Toad:
Sybase.Data.AseClient.AseException: Could not load C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp\Sybase.AdoNet4.AseClient.64bits.16.0.2.0\msvcp110.dll

Cause

Installation of Snagit update appears to have a corrupted version of msvcp110.dll
Resolution

Located and copied msvcp110.dll from
C:\Program Files\Dell\Toad Data Point 4.1\Plugins\SAP\ODBC and placed in
C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp\Sybase.AdoNet4.AseClient.64bits.16.0.2.0
