Description
Upgrade from Desktop Authority 9.1.1 to Desktop Authority 9.2 fails and rolls back when "copying custom files" during the installation.
The following error message is displayed:
The process cannot access the file 'C:\Program Files (x86)\SriptLogic\Desktop Authority Manager\DAConsole\Packages\Reporting\InstallReporting_DBWebServiceAccess.msi' because it is being used by another process.

Cause
There may be another reporting msi already installed -
Resolution
1. Browse to:
2. C: | Program Files (x86) | SriptLogic | Desktop Authority Manager | DAConsole | Packages | Reporting | InstallReporting_DBWebServiceAccess.msi
3. Manually run the msi and install reporting
4. Re-run the Desktop Authority 9.2 installer
