Although snapshot refreshes successfully, the Information tab states "Fetching status failed"
Description

When refreshing a snapshot, a message displays that the snapshot "has been successfully refreshed". However, under the Information tab for the snapshot, the 'Last Refresh Status' and 'Next Refresh' shows "Fetching status failed"
Cause

Appears to only happen when logged in as an Active Directory (AD) user
