How to: Disable Notes Legacy Mailbox after the migration. -
Description
Kindly advise whether we can disable the user's mailbox once cutover has been done, basically the requirement is that users should not be able to access to their legacy mailbox after they are migrated to Exchange. -
Resolution
Presently, MfNE has no functionality to do this. This can be achieved by setting the user's access in the ACL of their mail file to No Access.
This will still grant them access to any Domino based applications but prevent them from accessing their mail file.
