Expired Maintenance when trying to access documentation or download software
Description
Expired Maintenance page message comes up when trying to access KB or download software on Quest Website
Cause
This is due to the contract being expired or in some rare case, the update to the account not being made
Resolution
Confirm with Customer whether the contract has been renewed or extended.
please create a case directly with Customer Service and include your license number, business email and other pertinent information in order to help expedite your request.
