When running Toad in a Citrix environment, getting "Access Denied" when trying to schedule an import job using Database | Import | Import Utility Wizard. The same error occurs when clicking on Utilities | Task Scheduler
This is an OS permissions issue. Toad uses Windows Task Scheduler to schedule activities. The OS user logged in via the Citrix environment does not have the necessary OS privileges to run Control Panel | Scheduled Tasks
Contact your network administrator to acquire the necessary privileges to use Windows Task Scheduler.
