Spoltight shows yellow triangles on SQL Server connections. Clicking on any yellow triangle will show the following:

The user does not have permission to perform this action
The user does not have permission to perform this action. [297] [Error Code: 297]. &B;Occurred: <Day, Month date, year hh:mm:ss AM>
Resolution

Grant sysadmin permission to the user in the Diagnostic Server services on the monitored instances.
