Archive Manager Website does not display user name and password option
Cause

The Archive Manager Website has not been added to the list of trusted Websites in Internet Explorer.
Resolution

1. Open Internet Explorer and select Tools | Options | Security tab.

2. Click Trusted Sites.

3. Click on Sites and add the Archive Manager Website URL.
