PST Importer error when using PST Gatherer: Client with the specified name was not found (4305404)

It is not possible to import a client station into the PST Gatherer

Error: Client with the specified name was not found

This is caused by ports not allowed in firewall and a wrong setting in the configuration file

• Check the configuration file, which is located in C:/Program Files (x86)/Metalogix/MAM4Exchange/PSTGatherer, if it has the correct PST Import server name.
• Allow ports 4446 and 9910 in the firewall of the PST Import server and client station.

After performing the steps above, you should be able to add a client station into the PST Gatherer
