Resolution
Problem: I downgraded my mart server and then upgraded it to the latest version. When I go into Internet Explorer for the mart administrator using the URL http://localhost:18170/MartAdmin/ I get the error,

Google Chrome does not give this error.

Solution: you may need to reset Internet Explorer.
1. Open Control Panel.
2. Open Internet Options.
3. Go to the Advanced Tab.
4. Click on the Reset Button.
5. Confirm by clicking OK.
6. After the reset, reopen Internet Explorer and see if the problem is gone.
