Cannot see all child domains when adding objects to a computer discovery using a query (4305028)

When you add objects to a computer discovery using the "Add scope using a query" option, some child domains may be missing from the 'Find Computers' dialog that opens.

For example, if you select Domain A (which has Child A as a child domain) from the 'Available Scopes' and then click the "Add scope using a query" link, clicking the drop down in the dialog that opens will show the root domain, Domain A and the child domain, Child A. However if you select Domain B from the available scopes and then click the "Add scope using a query" link, click the drop down in the dialog will show Domain B (and any child domains for Domain B) and Domain A, but will now show the child domain for Domain A.
