The Subscription appears to run as the task states 'Running' yet nothing happens. No emails are sent.
Ensure that the Account running the Quest MessageStats Service is explicitly added to the following Local Groups:
Web Report Administrators
Web Report Authors
Web Report Users
These groups are located under Local Groups on the computer where Messagestats is installed.
If MessageStats is installed on a Domain Controller these groups are located under the Users Organizational Unit.
After adding the account to these groups delete the Subscription and recreate it, then manually type in the password for the account.
