Description
Exchange credentials are saved in the Exchange server section of Notes Migrator for Exchange (NME) with option "Always use these values.
When the Data Migration wizard runs and when it reaches the point to check the target recipients, it asks for credentials again; even when the migration is about to start (initializing migration), it asks again.

WORKAORUND
1- Uninstall Outlook 2010 client from the migration console
2- Delete all the profiles created with Outlook 2010
3- Reboot the console
4- Install Outlook 2007 client
5- Create a new service account Outlook profile
