Description

Encrypted mail from Notes is not readable in Outlook.
Cause

Lotus Notes Basic v8.0
Resolution

WORKAROUND
Upgrade the Lotus Notes client to Lotus Notes Basic v9.0.1 on the CMN Mail Connector console
In order for CMN to accept this version, "IgnoreNotesClientVersion" has to be added in the Mail Connector Configuration.xml as shown below:
<activemailenabled>IgnoreNotesClientVersion</activemailenabled>
Note: If there's already a value inside<activemailenabled> add a comma then a space:
<activemailenabled>Default, IgnoreNotesClientVersion</activemailenabled>
