Transport Level error has occurred when sending the request to the server. -
Description
Created Log Shipping plan from LiteSpeed Console which is on a Management server. Only the LiteSpeed Console is installed on the Management server. Log Shipping plan was created and before the final step was complete, the following message appeared on the LiteSpeed Console:
SQL Server: servername
Domain user: DOMAIN\username
Authentication Type: Kerberos
A Transport level error has occurred when sending the request to the server. Provider TCP Provider Error 0. An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.

Cause
Network hardware dropping portions of TCP traffic. -
Resolution
Workaround:
1. Log onto the Publisher and verify the Log Shipping plan was created.
2. Close and re-open the LiteSpeed Console on the Management Server.
The error should not display again.
