Error running CSR Workflow Approvals report
Description

The following error occur when running the CSR Workflow Approvals report:
"Report Generation Error. An exception has occurred. net.sf.jasperreports.engine.JRRuntimeException".
Cause

File corruption for this report which will be fixed in Stat 5.7.2.
Resolution

WORKAROUND:
Apply the fix by replacing the .jrxml files for the Workflow Approval report.
1. Unzip the fix under a suitable directory
2. Copy the files to <stat_home>/report/approvals/format
3. Delete any .jasper files in that folder.
The Stat Central Agent does not need to be restarted. This fix can be apply for any Stat 5.7.x.
