When configuring the SQL section and hit the apply button nothing happens.

When configuring the SQL section and hit the apply button nothing happens. The SQL Express is installed on a different server and the remote connection seems to work when preforming the following tasks:

1. Create a new text file on the desktop.
2. Change the extension to .udl
3. Right click and select Properties
4. Select the Providers tab
5. Confirm that the SQL server option is highlighted and click next.
6. Select your SQL server name.
7. Select the method of authentication and select the NME40DB.

When hitting the test connection it shows as successful.

If UAC is not turned off by environmental restrictions when running the console it needs to be Run As Administrator for the connection to be successful. Thus not running the console as an Administrator may not allow you to make the connection.

Follow the instructions below:

1. Run command prompt as Administrator.

2. Navigate to the Quest directory "\Program Files (x86)\Quest Software\Quest Notes Migrator for Exchange".

3. Run the notesmigmgr.exe 

4. Go to the SQL setup section and fill the information, click on apply and verify the connection was successful.
