Pivot & Chart tab gets the error message: Selected result set can not be analyzed in a pivot grid. Either the result set is empty or the query is still active...
Description

Run a query, then click on the "Pivot & Chart" tab, the error message below is received.
"Selected result set can not be analyzed in a pivot grid. Either the result set is empty or the query is still active. If the query is paused you have to select Read All Rows from the context menu of the result."
All rows have been read in the results data grid. All records are showing already.
Cause

Corrupted settings file.
Resolution

WORKAROUND:
Start TDP, and go to the Tools Menu | Options. Click the blue “Restore Default” link on the upper right corner. Click Yes on the Prompt. After the reset (should only take few seconds), restart your TDP. Next, re-test if the issue is resolved.
