The Trial Key has expired in Toad for Sybase Trial Version. This will automatically place Toad for Sybase in Freeware mode, which will disable many features and functionalities. Enter an extension Trial Key via Toad's Help Menu | Licensing.

If you have a Commercial paid license key, ensure you are using the Commercial version of Toad, not the Trial version, and then enter your Commercial license keys via the Help Menu | Licensing.
