Verify config fails with error
This can happen with various reasons.
1. Wrong Data source (source SID) in the config file.
2. SharePlex upgraded from old version with new PRODDIR and VARDIR but using the same SharePlex user.
Correct the Data Source information in the config file.
If the issue occurs after upgrade and there no active config yet,
a. Remove the current entries from connections.yaml.
b. Re-run ora_setup with a new SharePlex user. If you want to use the same SharePlex DB as before, drop it with Cascade option before recreating it with ora_setup.
