Unable to view or cannot see the data results for CLOB datatype columns. How to see / show / display a preview of CLOB data types in the Schema Browser or Editor window data grid? Right now it only shows (HUGECLOB) (HUGE CLOB).
1. Go to the View menu | Toad Options.
2. Expand Data Grids | Data.
3. On the right-hand side, check-mark "Preview CLOB and LONG data".
4. Click Apply and OK.
5. Restart your Editor window, and then re-test the issue.
NOTE:
Also verify that View menu | Toad Options | Schema Browser | Data Tab | "Don't select BLOB/CLOB columns" check box is NOT checked. Click Apply and OK if you made changes. Restart your Schema Browser window, and then re-test the issue.
