A report or custom dashboard can be created using topology data from the following location:
Configuration > Data > Management Server > All Data > DBO_Data_Model > Oracle Data Model > Clusters > {Instance} > Agent > Usability > Connect Availability
To see a list of the alarms that have been collected from your agent, you can go to the following location, this will even show the system cleared alarms. Please note though that you must adjust the zonar in the top right to see more than the past 1 hour's worth of data:
Configuration > Data > Management Server > All Data > DBO_Data_Model > Oracle Data Model > Clusters > {Instance} > Agent > Usability > Aggregate Alarms
