Insert Of XML Data greater than 64K Raises ORA-31167 on Post when running on an Oracle 10g target.
Oracle fixed the problem in 11.1.0.7 for the 64k limit for xml.

If upgrading Oracle to 11.1.0.7 is not an option, then call Support to check for possible workarounds which may include deleting the Post queue in its entirety, ignoring a particular object, or ignoring the Oracle error. The workaround that will be effective depends on specific circumstances, hence the need to seek Support's help in this.
