Unable or cannot Check In / Check Out in TSS 6.1 with TFS 201. Cannot lock or make a code read-only.
Description

Unable or cannot Check In / Check Out in TSS 6.1 with TFS 2012 or SVN. No Check In / Check Out icons are displayed / available in the menu items.
Cannot lock or make a code read-only i.e. user A and B can simultaneously open / edit / save changes to a procedure object in the database, and the changes by user A can be erased / overwritten by user B.

WORKAROUND:
None
STATUS:
Waiting for fix in a future release of Toad for SQL Server.
