When trying to start sp_cop, it errors out with cant setup shared memory statistics capability.
This is due to hung semaphore and for some reason when Shareplex was earlier shutdown, it did not clean up after itself.
Try one of the following to resolve the issue:
1. See if there are any orphan processes of sp_cop, and if so, kill them and restart Shareplex.
2. See if there are any orphan processes of sp_cop, and if so, kill them, then remove or rename the files shmaddr.loc and shstinfo.ipc from /vardir/rim directory and start Shareplex.
3. Use the standard procedure provided by Support to remove hung semaphores - see Solution 2663 - Hung semaphore and/or memory segment in our KB Article 2663
