Room resources migrated from Notes to Exchange not working
Description

After room resources are migrated from Notes to Exchange the Exchage users can book and see F/B information, but Notes user's only view F/B information for specific room but cannot book the room.
The room is set to AutoProcess and there are no restrictions
Cause

The following setting was set to False: ProcessExternalMeetingMessages
Resolution

To resolve this issue, set the ProcessExternalMeetingMessages to $True
