Permissions are not set as expected at the root of the mailbox in Exchange (4300786)

The ACL list of a Notes Mailbox may show users as having different levels of permissions such as editor, designer, manager. When these permissions are migrated using Notes Migrator, the permissions in the Exchange mailbox may appear incorrect at the root. These permissions may show that all the users have "reviewer" permissions.

This behaviour is by design.

At the root of the Exchange mailbox, all the relevant users are given review access to list folder contents. However, if the permissions properties of a subfolder are brought up, the permissions will appear correctly there.

The permissions in Exchange are set this way to allow all the appropriate users to be able to list the sub folders below so they can browse down into it.
