Resolution
Issue:
After installing a Java update the listed collector services fail to start
Resolution: This issue is caused by the config files for Collector needing updating to the latest installed version of Java. There are 4 files to be updated
3 config files located in the install folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\erwinCollector\conf
and One in the data folder: C:\ProgramData\erwinCollector\data\H2\service
The line in the config file that needs changing is:
