Resolve the disk issues which include disk full, network issues, among others with device holding SharePlex variable directory. Then restart Post. If restarting Post does not help, then contact Support to see if there is any queue corruption or if any SharePlex file in rim or state directory is missing or corrupted so that the queues can be salvaged to the maximum extent possible. In worst case scenario, the replication may need to be re-established which will require database downtime and resync of target.
