Description
Oracle Workload metrics chart does not display any data. Displays only n/a. The DBO agent logs indicates the below error message.

Cause
WAIT_CLASS column was included in Oracle version 10gR2 onwards. -
Resolution
Please ensure the monitored DB version is Oracle 10gR2 and above.
Foglight for Oracle Cartridge (DBO) 5.7.5.1 no longer supports Oracle version 9i. Please refer to the DBO release notes.
