Security Actions Explained (4300275)

Security Actions in Archive Manager are specific permissions that can be applied to users or groups that give them specific abilities within the confines of the website when they are logged in. They can often be difficult to understand for new users.

Archive Manager has default Security Roles that contain a specific subset of these Security Actions which can be applied to users to give them a set of permisions. If unique permissions are required, there are a number of Security Actions that can be added to a Security Role which will affect every user that has been added to the role or it can be added to an individual user account.
