Description
You receive "No license found" error when you open MessageStats Reports -
Cause
This issue can occur if no license was applied for MessageStats. -
Resolution
You can apply MessageStats license using the following steps:1. Open MessageStats snap-in
2. Select the MessageStats Server node from the treeview
3. Right-click and select License Information
4. Click Update License
5. Browse to the appropriate license .ASC file
6. Select the file and click Open.
7. Click OK to acknowledge that the licenses were successfully updated.
8. Click OK to exit the License Information dialog box.
