Archiving is working but having some issues with ESM worker
Description

The error will display as such in the Exchange Store Manager (ESM) logs

Cause

A mismatch NTLM setting configured in the Default Domain Policy set to Send LM & NTLM – use NTLMv2 session security if negotiated
Resolution
This setting needs to be consistent between the DCs, Exchange Servers and Archive Manager Server
1. Run GPMC.msc
2. Go to Windows Settings | Security Settings | Local Policies/Security Options | Network Security
3. Search for Network security: LAN Manager authentication level
4. The Domain Controllers Policy and Default Domain Policy need to be set to Send NTLM response only
