Best Practices to access or administer licenses for an organization.
To effectively manage licenses for an organization, it is recommended to have multiple owners or administrators assigned to that license.
People often change jobs and then others in the company have trouble accessing and administering licenses.
To avoid a situation where this occurs it is a good idea to have more than one user with the Organization Owner role. To do this an Organization Owner role can be assigned by another Organization Owner. Click on the organization and select the People tab, and click the blue plus sign Add User button to add an Organization Owner as shown below.
