How to add licenses to an organization in the Database Tools License Portal ?
Resolution
Follow the below steps using the License Portal to add licenses to an organization:
1. From the Overview page locate the organization and select it
2. Click Add License button and enter a valid 9-digit license number
3. Ensure the Destination entry is properly selected
4. Click Assign
