The following error is displayed when attempting to open Messagestats Reports via IIS 7.5 installed on a Windows 2008 R2 server:

The requested page cannot be accessed because the related configuration data for the page is invalid.

Issue found when Messagestats reports is installed on the same server that hosts WSUS (Windows Server Update Services)
Install the MessageStats Web Reports console on another server which does not have WSUS installed.
