During the installation, once the desired products are check and the Next button is select, the following error appears:
"You do not currently have the required level of privileges to perform an installation or update.
You will need to see your administrator to either gain access or have them install or upgrade your Quest products"
User is logged in as an administrator.

You need to be signed in and under a current maintenance contract to view premium knowledge articles.
