Does sp_relink relink Oracle libraries as well or is it just a program to link Shareplex librarie -
Description
In Shareplex 5.3 and below, there is a utility named sp_relink that is used to relink libraries. The question arises as to whether this is meant for all libraries on the server (including Oracle libraries in $ORACLE_HOME/lib, etc) or only Shareplex libraries?

Resolution
The program is only meant to relink the libraries housed in /var/adm/.splex/V-<Shareplex version>/lib<Oracle version> directory of Shareplex to proddir/lib directory of Shareplex. One of them named libclntsh does point to a library in $ORACLE_HOME/lib32. Another way to relink them is to do so manually. The program does not relink Oracle libraries which is done by genclntsh utility located in $ORACLE_HOME/bin or "relink all" command in Oracle.
