TNS entry doesn't show up in Oracle Profile Creation -
Description
When selecting Oracle in the Profile Creation Wizard for a new profile, no TNS entries are shown in the database drop down menu.

Cause
If no entries show up given that an Oracle client is properly installed and TNS properly configured, then the issue is likely due to miss match of the Oracle client type to the Benchmark Factory type. -
Resolution
If the Oracle client is 32-bit then Benchmark Factory 32-bit must be installed. If the Oracle client is 64-bit then Benchmark Factory 64-bit must be installed.
