Resolution
Yes, MessageStats 6.x can report on the Item Count by Folder and Class when doing a Content and Attachment Gathering for a given mailbox. We also offer a lot more with our Content Analysis Reports, so please see the MessageStats_Reports_User_Guide.pdf which came within the zip file after downloading the product.
MessageStats 5.x cannot report on the number of mail items within a users mailbox. -
