Stat Web Services doesn't work and gets error connection refused.
Description

After the upgrade to 5.8.1, the Web Service gets error connection refused. The web services functionality that was working, is now ending in error with the following message:
"Exception in thread "main" com.sun.xml.internal.ws.client.ClientTransportException: HTTP transport error: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused".
Cause

the wrong file installed.
Resolution

Development provided the new and right file attached here that works.
Stat 5.8.x is a new Jboss agent that does not work with jdk1.6. It only works with jdk1.7 and higher.
