Error "An unexpected error occurred while attempting to complete your last operation and any unsaved settings may have been lost" when accessing Super User Management section in Manager Console -
Description
When attempting to access the tab at "Console Access Settings" | "Super User Management" a browser error is received:
"An unexpected error occurred while attempting to complete your last operation and any unsaved settings may have been lost".

Cause
This behavior is related to an user account being added as a Super User in Desktop Authority's Console Access Settings section, and later being removed from Active Directory, when accessing the Super User Management section in the Desktop Authority console the error above will be returned.

Resolution
To solve this situation open the Desktop Authority Setup Tool (It can be located in the Windows Start Menu, under Quest Program Group), connect to the database and select the "Super User Management" tab
Once in the Super User section, compare the users list with Active Directory users and once the missing account is detected, select it from the list and click "Remove".
Close the Desktop Authority Setup Tool, the "Super User Management" section should be available again.
