Solution:

Yes, it is doable and here is how.
- Connect to your Mart Server in erwin DM
- Open the erwin Report Designer
- Go to File | Open 'Pinned Reports'
- In Report categories, pick 'Mart Model Reports'
  Then choose one of the Column Reports
When you go to run the report, the window will allow you to type the Attribute or Column you want to filter on at the bottom of the window
