Description

Warning message appears during the backup job execution.
Warning: Write to temp Map file failed:
C:\Users\serviceaccount\AppData\Local\Temp\lsmC9B1.lsm
Optimization for OLR will be skipped.
Backup added as file number: 1
Cause

Temp directory where OLR optimization file is written to is full.
When OLR - Object Level Recovery is enabled in the LiteSpeed GUI or when the @OLRMAP=1 is specified in the backup script. During the backup process the lsm file is created in the temp directory and attached to the backup file after the backup is completed.
Resolution

The resolution is to make sure that the temp directory has sufficient space to allow the .lsm file to be created.
Note: The temp folder may be hidden to show this hidden folder/files do the following:
Open Folder Options by clicking the Start button
clicking Control Panel
clicking Appearance and Personalization,and then clicking Folder Options
Click the View tab.
Under Advanced settings,
click Show hidden files and folders, and then click OK
