Error: NSFNoteOpen returned 'You are not authorized to perform that operation' opening view note
Solution
If all data has been decrypted, then this sounds like a problem with the data (e.g. NSF file is corrupt).
Create a brand new replica of the mail file locally to the migration workstation
Edit the user Notes Migrator person document and point it to the new local replica and try migrating that file. If the user is in the migration queue in the back end they need to be removed from that as you are changing the source, otherwise the migration will migrate the same bad NSF file. So change the source in the NM person document:
Then remove them from the the back-end (from Advanced view) and remigrate the user(s).
